Monthly renewal
No deposit. The plan renews monthly unless cancellation notice is received at least 10 days before automatic renewal is processed.
Six-month renewal
The deposit equals two months of your contracted rent. Your agreement renews for another six months unless nonrenewal notice is received at least 30 days before the current term ends.
