Larger office: $400/month standard, or $360/month with a six-month agreement and a $720 deposit (two months of that contracted rent).
Extra-large office — full privacy: $500/month standard, or $450/month with a six-month agreement and a $900 deposit (two months of that contracted rent).
Seven offices in total: four standard, two larger, and one extra-large. These are total office counts, not current availability.
Choose the monthly standard-rate option or a six-month agreement with 10% lower monthly rent. Your specific office, billing dates, notice deadline, and agreement must be confirmed separately. Applying does not reserve an office or authorize payment. Do not enter IDs, payment details, or sensitive information.
Monthly option: No deposit. Renews monthly unless cancellation notice is received at least 10 days before renewal is processed.
Six-month option: Two months’ rent as a deposit. Renews for another six months unless nonrenewal notice is received at least 30 days before the current term ends. Any extension remains subject to verified premises authority.
Before enrollment, your agreement will show exact renewal dates, notice deadlines, and online cancellation/nonrenewal instructions. Enrollment is not active until these are confirmed.
